Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on December 7, 1973 and was the son of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. He attended secondary and primary school. He then attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) located in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with an BSc. in Architecture.

While in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began to explore ministry while still at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated, was at that time known as Youths For Christ.
YFC grew quickly and became the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church’s main office. Believer’s LoveWorld is today a global church with millions of members and associates across the globe.

The InnerCity Mission for children is a religious-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was birthed in 2005, to reach the needy, poor children who are orphaned, vulnerable and who are homeless in the world.
The foundation assists these disadvantaged children and communities by providing participation-based and sustainable interventions such as child development programmes to support family development and childcare programs for innercity mission children’s school, in addition to other programmes.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The TraumaCare International Foundation was founded to increase the life expectancy and health status of local communities. The foundation intends to achieve this feat through health education advocacy, community-based and other programs while positioning to provide the necessary support to national policies in trauma treatment.
More than a thousand people have received first aid, safety and emergency response training through the foundation. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome They have taught thousands of teachers, law enforcement officers and caregivers, as well as road transport workers.
